The data controller for your personal data will be the relevant Masonic Lodge, Chapter or other similar group (hereafter “Masonic Lodge”) which is associated with your use of this website. We act as a data processor on their behalf.

The Masonic Lodge’s designated and appointed users (e.g. Secretary or Dining Steward) can upload or manually enter any or all of the following details. We may also collect this information directly from you.

  • Title
  • First Names
  • Last Names
  • Rank
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

In addition, we may also collect the following directly from you.

  • Correspondence
  • Information about your meal choices and/or dietary requirements

We do not ask for any information about your health but where you choose to provide it, we will treat that as your explicit consent for us to process that information. For more information about consent, please also see below.

If you make a request, the controller must respond to you without undue delay and in any event within one month.

International transfers

All your data is processed and stored in the United Kingdom and it is not transferred to any other country.

How long we keep information

We will keep your information for one year following the date of your last activity on the website.

We share your information with:

  • the relevant Masonic Lodge associated with your use of this website. The relevant Masonic Lodge is the data controller for your personal data.
  • Microsoft Corporation, a data processor which provides cloud hosting services. Your information will be held on Microsoft’s Azure Cloud platform on servers located in the United Kingdom.
  • any member of our group of companies. This includes, where applicable, our subsidiaries, our holding company and its other subsidiaries.
  • third parties, in the event that we sell or intend to sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a third party.
  • organisations we’re legally obliged to share personal information with
